Please allow 1-3 business days for Mild Red to process your order ready for dispatch.
Orders will be dispatched during usual business hours Monday – Friday between 9-5pm NZ time. If your order is placed on the weekend or a public holiday (New Zealand time) it will be processed on the next business day. Please note that the shipping time frame provided relates to the shipping lead-time only and does not include any time for processing your order. If for any reason we are unable to meet this turnaround time we will contact you via email.
You will receive email confirmation of your order once your order has been placed and again once it has shipped, including your tracking number.
Mild Red will make every effort to deliver your purchase on time, however we will not be held responsible for any shipping delays that are out of our control.
Cancellations are not accepted for orders that incur shipping delays.
Unfortunately we may not always be able to fulfil your online purchase due to stock shortfalls. In the event that your item is unavailable and your order cannot be filled, we will notify you via email within 3 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item or a full refund.
